For the past 18 years, Quentin’s Eurasian Restaurant has served as a beloved dining spot and cultural anchor. As we look ahead, the Eurasian Association (EA) is calling for proposals to introduce a new full-service restaurant concept at our premises at 139 Ceylon Road.

The successful bidder will not only operate the restaurant but also play a key role in preserving and promoting Eurasian cuisine and culture.
